Creamy Cheesy Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsalted butter dividedGreen capsicum dicedRed capsicum dicedLarge onion dicedBreast fillet cut into small cubessalt and pepper to tasteChicken spicesPaprikaOreganoHerbs and garlic seasoning1 cup thickened creamTasty cheese/ Mozeralla cheeseSandwich bread

Instructions

In a pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted add capsicum and onions.Cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are lightly browned and onions turn translucent. Remove from pan and set aside.In the same pan add 1 tablespoon of butter, once melted add chicken to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally.Add salt and black pepper and spices. Keep cooking stirring occasionally till its fully cooked.Reduce heat to low. Return veggies to pan and stir to combine. Add thickened cream on top of the chicken mix well and let it cook for few minutes.Once done add the cheese and turn off the heat. Mix well until all cheese melts. Serve it with bread and sauce of your choice i prefer avocado sauce its amazing with it. Enjoy
