Watch Video Ingredients 1/2 kilo chicken tenderloins cut into cubes1 can of coconut cream 400ml1 can of Ayam Satay Sauce 250ml1 tablespoon soy sauce1 tablespoon garlic paste1/2 tablespoon ginger paste1 small onion diced1 heaped tablespoon of smooth peanut butterAny veggies you like ( broccoli/peas/carrot ) Steps Add sesame oil or olive oil and half cook the chicken then add the onions, garlic paste, ginger paste and carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.Then add the veggies and cook for 5 minutes till sautéed.Pour in the aymans sauce and coconut cream and stir together till combined well.
