Saute the chopped onion in hot coconut oil until translucent.2. Add the marinated chicken with the mixture in. Bring to boil.3. Put cardamoms, cinnamon, bay leave, and cloves in. At last, put the coriander leaves. Stir it well.4. Cook it covered in low heat for about 30 to 45 minutes. Turn off the heat.5. In a big pot, drizzle the base with coconut oil, then layer with 70% rice – chicken with half of mixture – rice.6. Put the mint leaves, saffron milk, lemon juice, and onion flakes on top.7.
