Ayam Goreng Padang Ingredients 1 kg chicken cuts200 gr grated galangal3 pcs bay leaves1 stalk lemongrass2 pcs kaffir lime leaves2 tsp salt250 ml water2 beaten eggs Mashed Spices 6 pips garlic3 cm turmeric2 cm ginger4 candenuts2 tsp coriander seeds1/2 tsp pepper seeds Instructions 1. Mix chicken, mashed spices, and all ingredients except eggs in a big pan.2. Cook the chicken until cooked and the water reduced.3. Once cooked, turn off the heat, then drain it, let the water dripping.4. Separate the chicken with spices. Safe aside the spices.4. Mix the chicken and eggs, then fry them till golden brown.5.
