Marinate the chicken for about 30 minutes (or overnight). Strain. Safe aside.2. Mix all the wet ingredients except flour and vinegar.3. Add the flour little by little until you get the right consistency (don’t too thick nor too thin).4. Right before frying the chicken, add the vinegar. Mix it well.5. Heat the oil on the pot in medium low.6. Take a chicken drumstick into wet coating, then into dry coating. Use your fingers to press the flour coating onto the chicken.7. Fry them until golden brown.
