Watch Video Ingredients 2 breast chicken1 bag pasta1 tablespoon oil1 tablespoons butter2 cups mushrooms sliced1 onion chopped4 cloves garlic minced1 teaspoon Dijon mustardItalian herbs1 teaspoon lemon juice1/2 cup chicken broth (chicken or veg)600 ml heavy creamSalt & black pepper Instructions In a pot boil water and cook pasta. Careful not to overcook.In another pot add the oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken till fully cooked. Remove and set aside.In the same skillet add butter and the onions and cook till soft add mushrooms and sauté until the mushrooms and onions are nicely seared.Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the garlic, Dijon mustard, Italian herbs, salt and black pepper and lemon juice.Cook for about 30 seconds. Stir in the stock and let it boil.Pour in the cream and cook for another 3 minutes.Return the chicken to the sauce and add the cooked pasta.Adjust the salt & pepper to taste and let it simmer till the sauce is thick.Serve immediately enjoy .
