Method wash the chicken leave asidePut the pan on a medium heat, add oilAdd punch parun, salt, bayleaf, garlic and ginger mix well and let it go a little golden in colourAdd blended onion, mix wellAdd turmeric and garam masala and stirAdd chicken and stir to combine ingredients and close lidAfter 10 minutes give it a stirThe water from the chicken should cook the chicken, no water is needed at this point.Add mix curry powder and chilli powder followed by dollop of Naga pickleStir occasionally to stop it from burningAdd 1/2 cup of water to dissolve the raw spiceAdd water as desired, depending on how thick you want the masala( I didn’t add any )Garnish with coriander Source : www.instagram.com
