Breast chicken cut into cubesCooking oilPotatoes thinly slicedThickened cream i used 2 jars/600ml eachMozeralla cheeseMustard powderVegeta powderDry chivesOreganoSaltBlack pepperOnion powderGarlic powderPaprika

Instructions

In a skillet add oil and sear chicken till no longer pink and cooked through.Heat your oven to 250c. In a bowl add cream and add all spices.Mix very well then in your oven tray add layer of chicken, layer of potato on top than pour half the sauce over it.Than add mozerella cheese, another layer of chicken and layer of potato. Pour the rest of the sauce on top.Cover with foil and bake for around 25- 30min. After 30 minutes remove foil and make sure the potato is cooked test it with a fork.If its not cooked put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes.Once the potatoes is cooked add mozerella cheese on top and put it back in the oven until cheese is melted and golden.
