Preheat oven to 1902. Cut the apple into small chunks and cubes3. (Optional for microwaving) Mix apples with a bit of lemon juice, erythritol, and cinnamon, then microwave on high for 3-5 mins4. In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, seeds, and water until crumbles form (they should be fairly dry)5. Place apples into your baking dish/ tray6. Form some crumbles with your hand/ spoon, and place on top of the apples7. Place them onto the middle rack of your oven and bake for 14 mins8. Transfer your tray to the highest rack in oven.
