Preheat oven to 1803. Cut apples into cubes and save a few slices for decoration4. Microwave apple cubes, lemon juice, and a bit of water on high for 2 mins (optional)5. Mix all ingredients together and add in apple cubes6. Pour them into a skillet/ baking tray7. Place apple slices on top for decoration8. Bake for 13-15 mins9.
