Mix all the dry in a bowl2. Add liquid and mix until smooth3. Let the mixture sit for about 5 mins4. (If u are using waffle iron) Meanwhile, lightly spray your waffle pan with oil and preheat both side of the iron on medium heat5. Pour batter and cook each side for few minutes on medium heat6. Carefully turn the pan over and cook the opposite side until golden and crispy (Cook longer for crispy outside – but beware not to burn it)7.
