Chop apple and pear into desire size2. Combine all of the dry ingredients and mix in water3. Add and mix in 3/4 chopped apples and pears4. Preheat oven to 200 (conventional) /190 (convection — fan-forced)5. Grease skillet/ baking dish and transfer mixed batter into the skillet6.
