Cut apple in small2. Place apples on a plate, add water until well-covered3. Microwave on high for 1.5 mins until apples are soften4. Mix liquid, syrup, protein powder n flour5. Add in apples, mix everything well(Optional)6. Mix guar gum with water in a separate bowl and use a sieve to sift them into the apple flour mixture (so no lumps left)7. Combine everything well8. Place parchment paper in a box/ tray9. Transfers mixture (dough) into the box/ tray and flatten them with a spoon (slightly wet the spoon first/ apply oil before spreading on top)10. Place pretzel on top of the dough11. Microwave chocolate n coconut oil in the microwave until melt12. Drizzle chocolate on top13.
