Whisk all of the dry ingredients for crust together in a bowl2. Combine everything with yogurt, marsh and water, then let the dough sit in the freezer for 5 mins3. Preheat oven to 220 / 210 w/ fan-forced4. Cut the apples into slices and mix with other ingredients for fillings5. Get the dough out from freezer and separate into two equal doughs6. Roll out one of the dough and layer apples on top7. Repeat for another galette8. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of both galettes9. Bake for 15-18 mins10.
