Apple Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients

Cake Batter:2 1/2 cups flour2 eggs3/4 cup vegetable oil1 cup sugar1 cup warm milk1 tbsp vanilla extract1 tbsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp saltapple filling2 large apples peeled and sliced1/4 cup packed brown sugar1 tbsp cinnamon

Topping

1 small apple spelled and sliced2 tbsp brown sugar

Instruction

1: mix eggs with sugar till fluffy2: add oil, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon and baking powder then add milk and mix all together.3: add flour and mix.4: peel apples and cut into small thin slices then mix with brown sugar and cinnamon.5: brush the baking pan with oil and dust some flour so cake won’t stick to the pan then add half the cake batter.6: add the apple mix then add the rest of the batter7: top the batter with apple slices and sprinkle of brown sugar on top then bake at 350f for about 45 minutes.
