Watch Video Vegetarian Curry Spring Rolls Ingredients 2 packets “spring home TYJ spring roll pastry 20 sheets packet” or regular spring rolls packet1⁄4 white cabbage, thinly sliced1 cup shredded carrots (approx 2-3)2 cups frozen peas & corn1 diced potato, boiled21⁄2-3 teaspoons @keens_aus curry powderSalt and pepper to taste1 tablespoon ghee Steps In a large pan add ghee and cabbage and mix to combine. Set the heat to a low and place the lid on. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.Add carrots, frozen peas & corn, boiled potato, curry powder & season to taste. If you like it spicy you can add more curry powder or chilli.Place the lid on and cook for a further 10mims.Remove the spring roll sheets from the freezer and allow to thaw on the bench.When you open the pastry keep a damp towel over them to avoid drying out.Place some filling on the pastry and roll as shown in the video and seal the edge with some milk.Place in a container or tray and freeze or use straight away.EnjoyNote : You can find these spring roll sheets from an Asian grocer in the freezer aisle.
