Set aside.In a large pan brown your mince till brown and water evaporates then add coriander and garlic and cook for a minute or till fragrant.Either in the same pot or separate pan heat up the ghee and toasted the pine nuts till golden, add to mince mixture.Add Spinach, seasoning to taste.
