Dough recipe:5 cups flour2cups warm water1/2 cup vegetable oil2 tbsp sugar2 tbsp yeast1 tsp saltFilling recipe:400 g fresh spinach1 large chopped onion3 tbsp sumac2 tbsp lemon juice or more if you like it sour2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp black pepper2 tsp salt

1:start with making the dough by mixing water, sugar, salt, yeast and 2 cups of flour, mix and rest for 10 minutes it will double the size.2:add the 3 cups remaining flour and oil then mix till form a soft dough, cover and put on the side.3:mix the filling ingredients,and squeeze out any Access of liquid.4:start rolling the dough then fill with the filling too with cheese of your choice close and flat with your hands.5:cook in a preheated pan on medium low temperature when it’s golden color flip to the other side ( each side takes about 2 minutes)6: brush with oil right away if you like (optional)
