Download ImageInstant Pot Spiced Spinach & Tomato Soup Ingredients1 red onion – chopped4 large tomatoes – chopped150g spinach – washed1 inch piece ginger – peeled and diced2/3 green chillies – chopped (add more or less according to your spice level)1/8 tsp ground nutmeg1 tsp garam masala powder1/4 tsp coriander powder1/4 tsp black pepper powder3/4 tsp salt (or to your taste)Handful of fresh coriander leaves roughly chopped1 cup of water2 tsp of créme fraîcheMethod1 Set the @instantpotofficial on sauté (normal) for 15 minutes2 Add the onions, ginger and chilli. Sauté for 5-7 minutes or until softened.3 Next, add in the spinach & tomatoes, stir and let cook for 2 minutes4 Add in the fresh coriander & dry ingredients (nutmeg, garam masala, black pepper powder, coriander powder & salt). Stir together5 Keep the setting on sauté & continue to cook for a further 5 minutes6 Pour in the water (add more or less according to your preference)7 Cancel the sauté setting and close the lid of the Instant pot.
