Peels and smash your avocado. Cut your baby tomatoes in to circles2. In a bowl add your milk and all your seasonings until we’ll combined3. Heat some oil on medium and cook your tofu crumbs for 2-3minutes. Then add in your wet mixture ensuring to stir until all flavours have incorporated with the tofu bits.4. In the meantime get your bread slices with a bit of oil on both sides to get dry pan fried until golden crisp. Rub some garlic on either sides giving a garlic fragrance to the bread5.
