In your food processor, grind the chicken fillet, prawn, garlics, and shallots.2. Add all the rest ingredients except spring onion, tofu, and wrappers.3. Put the grounded meat in a bowl, then add the sliced spring onion. Mix them thoroughly.4. Cut the tofu into half. Stuff them with the meat. You can also wrap it in wanton wrappers like a dimsum.5.
