200 gr dory fish, cut into bite size pieces2 tbsp all purpose flourSalt and pepperOil for deep frying

Batter

1/2 cup all purpose flour1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp stock powder1 tsp paprika powder280-300 ml cold soda water / beer

Steps

1. Pat dry dory with paper towel2. Season lightly with salt and pepper3. Coat dory with all purpose flour4. Batter: combine dry ingredients in a bowl then add soda water and whisk well5. Deep the fish into the batter mixture6. Heat oil, fry fish in batches over medium heat until golden brown and crispy
