Marinate chicken breast for 15 mins with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika powder2. Lightly coat it with flour, dip in the egg mixture and cover with panko breadcrumbs3. Spray with olive oil and airfry at 180C for 10 mins4. Flip and spray with more olive oil then airfry for another 10 mins5. If u don’t hv an air fryer u can def pan/deep fry the chicken!Steps Curry1. On a pan add in oil and sauté the onions, carrots and potatoes for about 5 mins till fragrant2. Add water and let it boil till the carrots and potatoes are tender3. Add the curry cubes and stir till well combined4. Bring it to a boil until the sauce thickens up5. On a plate add ur rice, pour some curry on the side and topped w/ the chicken katsu!
