Watch Video Ingredients 4 cups of day old rice1 cup of frozen carrots and peas250 gms of chicken breast diced into pieces3 eggs whisked3 cloves of garlic crushed1 onion diced2 cup of broccoli florets1 tbs sesame oil3 tbs oyster sauce3 tbs soy sauce1 tbs rice wine vinegarwhite peppersalt to tasteshallots for garnishpeanut oil Method In a large sauce pan or wok add 2 tbs of peanut oil and fry off chicken on medium heat until golden. Remove and leave asideIn the same pan add 1 tbs of peanut oil and add whisked eggs and mix on medium heat until cooked through. Remove and leave asideAdd a further 2 tbs of peanut oil and add diced onion and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.Add in the broccoli and cook for a further 2 minutes then add frozen veggies and mix throughAdd in rice and mix through with all.other ingredients.Add sauces into the pan along with eggs and chicken toss through until everything is combined.
