Ingredients

Potatoes 5 medium sizedRice flour 1/3 cup for the crunchy textureCumin powder 1 teaspoonPaprika powder 1 teaspoonSalt to tasteAll spices or garam masala powder 1 teaspoonChaat masala powder 1 teaspoonBeaten egg 1/2corn flour 2 tablespoons

For Coating

Bread crumbs 1 cupEgg 1 beaten to coat the donuts

Method

x] Mash the boiled and peeled potatoes in a sauce panx] Add all the spices and rice flour and beaten eggx] Mix all well to form a doughx] Then make the shape of the donuts by greasing the hands with olive oil u can use the donut cutter or even make with hand by using two cuttersx] Put each donut in the beaten egg and then coat with bread crumbsx] Refrigerate for 1-2 hoursx] U can shallow or deep fry until golden brown from both sidesx] Serve with ketchup and sweet tamarind chutney
