Creamy Chicken Thighs is a dish that consists of chicken thighs cooked in a rich and creamy sauce. The chicken thighs are first seasoned with salt and pepper, then seared in a hot pan until they are golden brown on both sides. The sauce is made with butter, garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese, and is simmered until it thickens and coats the chicken.

To make this dish, first preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Then, season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the chicken thighs to the pan, skin-side down. Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown. Flip the chicken thighs over and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Next, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic, and cook until fragrant. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese, and whisk until the sauce is smooth. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for a few minutes until it thickens.

Then, add the chicken back into the skillet with the sauce, making sure to coat the chicken in the sauce. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through.

Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes, and enjoy the creamy and delicious chicken thighs.
