Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients

Chicken 1 Breast pieceGarlic Cloves 3Salt 1 teaspoonBlack Pepper 1/2 teaspoonWater 2 LitreSweet Corn 1/2 CupSalt to tasteCorn Flour 3/4 CupWater 1 CupEggs 2

Method

Add chicken, garlic, salt, black pepper and water in a pot.Cover and Cook on very low flame for 20-25 minutes.Take the Chicken out,shred it and also strain the Broth.Add sweet corn in a broth and give one boil.Add shredded chicken and salt and cook for few minutes.Mix Corn Flour and water together and add in a broth by stirring continuously.Give few Boils so it reach to a desired thickness.Beat the eggs and add into it.Cook for few seconds and Serve Hot.Enjoy with Sauces.
