Ingredients Chicken tikka 400 grams2 tbsp oil1 tbsp chopped garlic1 inch piece finely chopped ginger2 medium sized onions (diced)2 medium sized tomatoes (chopped)Salt to taste2 tbsp tomato puree1 tsp coriander powder1/2 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powder1/4 tsp green cardamom powder1 tsp garam masala powder2 tbsp cashewnut paste2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves2 tbsp Indus Chicken Tikka Masala2 tbsp butterChopped cubes: green pepper, red pepper, onion2 tbsp milk powder1 tbsp honey2 tbsp fresh cream Steps 1. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, add garlic and ginger, mix and sauté for 30 seconds. Add onions, mix and sauté till translucent.2 Add tomatoes, mix and sauté till soft. Add salt and mix. Add tomato puree, mix, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.3. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green cardamom powder and garam masala powder, chicken tikka masala, mix and sauté for 1 minute.4. Add cashewnut paste, mix and sauté for 1 minute. Add dried fenugreek leaves powder and mix well. Add butter and mix well. Grind to a thick paste and allow to heat in pan once more. Add boiling water to loosen the sauce if needed.5. Roast the chopped onion and peppers in the oven and add to the sauce with chicken tikka. Mix and cook for 1 minute.6. Add milk powder and mix till it melts. Add 2 tablespoons cream and mix. Add honey and mix well. Sprinkle chopped coriander on top before serving. Source : www.instagram.com
