Download ImageWatch Video IngredientsChicken tawook marinade:half a kilo tenderloins cut into thick cubes1 tbs yoghurt1 tsp capsicum paste1 tsp chicken spices1 tsp garlic dip1 tsp salthalf tsp 7 spicehalf tsp paprikaMethodmix ingredients altogether and skewer and marinade in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.Lemon Garlic Sauce2 to 3 lemons juiced (you might want to add more or less )half a cup of Greek style yoghurt1 tbs of garlic dip1 tsp of tahini (optional)1/4 cup of chopped parselysaltolive oil to drizzle at the endStepsmix all the ingredients together to form the sauce and set aside.Once its done you can now take out the skewers from the fridge.In a pan you can sear them off until cooked through or if you’re feeling ambitious you can cook them on the BBQ.Once chicken is cooked take them off the skewer and scatter them into a serving plate pour the lemon garlic sauce ontop to cover and drizzle with olive oil !
