Caramelised Onion Grilled Cheese Ingredients

2 tbsp of butter for sautéing the onions1 tbsp of butter for toasting the bread1 large onion, sliced2 red chillies, choppedgruyere cheese slices, to tastebread, to your liking

1. Add butter to a frypan2. Add the onion, chilies and season with salt3. Sauté the onions until caramelised4. In another pan, add butter and toast the bread5. Add the cheese and top with the caramelised onions6. Simmer on low heat until the cheese melts7. Enjoy!
