Grilled Cheese Sandwich Ingredients

2 slices of bread of your choice4 slice of cheese ( I used red leicester cheese)1/2 tbsp butterHandful corianderHalf a red onion1 red chilli chopped in small pieces1 green chilli chopped in small piece

Method

Turn your griddle on medium heat and add butterAdd 1 slice of bread, top it with 2 slices of cheeseCheese will start to melt, add coriander, green chilli and red chilli on topAdd the 2 remaining slices of cheese and cover using the 2nd slice of breadTurn the gas on low heat and and flip the sandwich once until both sides are golden and cheese is meltedTurn of the heat, slice it through the middle or diagonally and serve it hot Voila !
