Cheese Chicken

Ingredients For Chicken Gravy

Chicken (boneless) 500gYogurt 1/2 cupGinger Garlic Paste 1 tablespoonTomato Ketchup 1 tablespoonChilli Sauce 1 tablespoonVinegar 1 tablespoonSalt 1 teaspoon or to tasteRed Chilli Powder 1 teaspoonCumin Powder 1 teaspoonCoriander Powder 1 teaspoonPaprika Powder 1 teaspoonBlack Pepper Powder 1/2 teaspoonRed Chilli Flakes 1/2 teaspoon (optional)(add if you like spicy)Chicken Cube 1Oil 3 tablespoon

Ingredients For White Sauce

Butter or Oil 2 tablespoonAll Purpose Flour 1 tablespoonMilk 2 CupSalt to tasteBlack Pepper Powder 1/2 teaspoon

Other Ingredients

Mozzarella Cheese or Cheese Slices (as required)Red Chilli Flakes as praf(optional)Fresh Coriander (optional) for garnish

Method

Add all the ingredients in a chicken and give a good mix.Add in a pan,cover and cook on low flame until chicken is done.Cook on high flame and dry the water (but don’t dry it completely,there should be little gravy).In another pan,add butter,melt it and add all purpose flour.Roast it a little until slightly brown and add milk.Add spices and cook until little thickens.Pour it on top of the chicken gravy and place cheese slices on top.Sprinkle some chilli flakes on top (optional).Cover and put on low flame until cheese melts.Garnish with fresh coriander and Enjoy with Naan or Chapati.
