Watch Video Ingredients 1 kilo if chicken breast cut into bite sizes1 jar of valcom paste yellow curry (230g- photo attached)1 can of coconut milk (400ml)2 cans of coconut cream (2x 400ml)1 tablespoon of curry powder1 teaspoon of paprikaBroccoliWhole Mushrooms sliced in halfCorn cobsCarrots sliced1 large onion sliced1/2 tablespoon of ginger paste1 tablespoon of garlic paste1 chilli minced ( optional ) Steps 1.In a large pot, cook the chicken half way then add the onions, chilli, garlic paste, ginger paste & carrots and cook till carrots are soft.2.Then add the curry powder, salt, paprika and give everything a good mix. Add the jar of aymans curry paste and mix till all combined then add broccoli & mushrooms and cook for further of 5 minutes while mixing.3.Add corn and mix till all combined.4.Pour in the coconut cream & coconut milk and gently stir everything together till you have a orange/yellow colour sauce.5.Leave to boil on medium heat for about 15 minutes then taste and adjust salt and add chilli flakes if you like it more spicy.
