Saute the mashed ingredients.2. Add palm sugar and salt. Stir.3. Put the chicken in.4. Add water until half of the chicken drowned. Bring to boil in medium heat.5. Cover the pan with lid.6. In about 10 minutes, flip the chicken. Cover it again for another 10 minutes.7. Turn off the heat. Roast the chicken in the oven at temperature 200c8. Spread the sauce on chicken.
