Biscoff Ice Cream Sandwiches Ingredients

2 cups whipping cream ( heavy cream)1/2 can sweetened condensed milk (150ml)1/4 cup crunchy lotus biscoff28 biscoff cookies2 tbsp crunchy biscoff spread for topping

Instructions

1: whisk together whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk and biscoff spread till stiff peaks2: add parchment paper to a dish then layer the cookies3: add the cream mix and spread even on top the cookies4: melt the biscoff spread then drizzle all over.5: top it with layer of cookies then cover and freeze for at least 6 hours6: take out the freezer then cut7: you can save them in a container in the freezer and when you need you take out how many you need
