Blueberry Cream Cheese Ice Cream

Ingredient For Blueberry Compote

250 gr blueberry4-5 tbsp granulated sugarJuice from half lemon2 tbsp corn starch a lil bit water (for thickening)

Ingredient For Cream Cheese Ice Cream

600 ml heavy cream400 gr cream cheese1 tin sweetened condensed milkLemon zest from 1 lemon

Instructions

1. Compote: mix all in a saucepan. Bring to boil then add the thickening. Stir then turn off the heat. Safe aside until completely chilled.2. Using a mixer, whisk the heavy cream until stiff peak. Safe aside.3. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, condensed milk, and lemon zest.4. Add the cream cheese mixture to heavy cream. Mix until incorporated.5. Spoon the 1/3 ice cream mixture to a container, then the compote. Repeat until done.6. Cover the container with the lid. Put in the freezer all night.7. Take them out, scoop it. Enjoy!
