In a mixing bowl add 3 tsbp of cornflour and coat your cubed tofu well. On a nonstick pan, place your cubes on medium heat, and rotate to each side to ensure they’re crisp.2. For the teriyaki sauce, in a small bow mix together the soy sauce, ginger, 3/4 minced garlic, brown sugar and cornflour water mix.3. Boil your udon noodles following the instructions on the package4. Remove your tofu and add some butter with your mushrooms and let them cook until smaller in size. Add in a quarter of your minced garlic alongside the tofu and Chinese 5 spices, combining well5.
