Download ImageWatch Video Ingredients1 small brown onion diced3 shallots chopped finely6 garlic cloves crushed1 kilo chicken tenderloins cut to preference300 gms mushrooms sliced1 Maggi roast chicken gravy sachet1 continental cream of mushroom sachet1⁄3 tsp Black pepper1⁄3 tsp White pepper1 tsp Chicken spices1 tsp all purpose seasoning2 maggi cubes (do not add salt in the fettucine coz the maggi cubes are salty and so is the gravy)2 tbs Sour cream2 thickened cream bottlesgrated parmesan (optional)Fettucine pasta or any pasta of your choiceStepsIn olive oil or butter sear chicken until golden. then in the same pot add onion and shallots cook for 2 minutes then add garlic and cook for another 2 minutes add mushrooms saute for 2 minutes until golden. add in all the spices stir well. Add the maggi cubes and the gravy. mix well so gravy disolves add the sourcream mix it in till it melts then add the thickened cream. Add abit of the pasta water let it come to a boil taste it see if it needs anything then add the pasta let it simmer with the sauce for 2 minutes and its done.
