Watch Video Spicy Chicken Seekh Kebabs Ingredients 1 kg ground chicken2 onions (fried)5 tbsp roasted chickpea flour2 tbsp kasoori methi4 tbsp chopped garlic1 tbsp chopped ginger4-6 green chillies (as per tolerance)2 tsp coriander powder11⁄2 tsp cumin powder3 tsp garam masala1 tsp chilli powder (optional)1/4 tsp turmeric powder2 tsp salt1 cup coriander & mint leaves3 tbsp lemon juice2 eggs3/4 cup breadcrumbs1 tbsp ghee Instructions- Soak the wooden skewers in water for an hour.Fry the onions & drain the grojnd chicken well.In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients & mix until combined.Cover & refrigerate for 2-3 hours to make it firm.Wet your hands, take a handful & press the chicken mixture onto the skewers.
