Watch Video Ingredients 200g small pasta shells or any other kind you like1/2 kg ground beef1/2 cup chopped parsley1 small chopped onion1 tsp salt1tsp 7 spice1/2 tsp black pepper2 tbsp olive oil Yogurt Sauce * 6 cups yogurt (1.5kg)3 cups water2 1/2 tbsp corn starch2 tsp salt Garnish * Cooked minced garlic with some olive oil and cilantro Direction 1: cook pasta as direction on the box2: to a pan add olive oil and ground beef then add salt, pepper and 7 spice mix all together when the ground beef fully cooked add onion and parsley mix and cook for another minute then set on the side3: in a pot add yogurt, water, salt and corn starch whisk all together.4: turn on the heat and keep stirring with out stopping till it start bubbling.5: lower the heat then add the cooked pasta and the ground beef then mix all together.6: simmer for 10 minutes7: while simmering tissue dome pine nuts and cook minced garlic and cilantro with olive to garnish or you can use instead of cilantro fresh parsley or dry mint8: add toasted nuts inside the yogurt or top each plate then enjoy!
