Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to form a paste.2. Rub the marinade into the chicken and leave to marinade for at least half an hour.3. Preheat the oven, gas mark 5/190-200c.4. Place the chicken on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.5. Take out, baste in the chicken juices and return into the oven. Continue baking for another 10 minutes or till chicken is cooked.6.
