Preheat oven to 1903. Mix ingredients for choc oats and add in orange skin n pulps afterwards4. Mix yogurt, cc, orange extract & sweetener5. Pour 3/4 of the choc mixture into an oven-safe bowl6. Add yogurt mix on top and pour remaining oat batter, then create swirls7. Bake for 15-18 mins (18 for solider and cakey baked oats)8. Place candied oranges as topping and spread some maple syrup on orange slices9. Add crushes Oreos and orange zests10. Bake for another 2 mins, then let cool for 5 mins and serveNotes1. Coconut flour gives extra fluffiness and a bit of coconut aroma. If u don’t have or u don’t like it, just sub with more oats flour or perhaps same amount of almond flour2. Cooking oranges will help soften and sweeten them so u can easily break them with your spoon while eating – it reduces the bitterness and hardness of the orange skin3.
