For the rest, zest the skin, then pick out and shred the orange pulps (save the orange juice while shredding the pulp coz we DO NOT waste food)2. Mix dry ingredients together then add liquid and orange3. Preheat oven to 1904. Spray n grease skillet/ oven-safe bowl with oil and add 2/3 of the oat mixture5. Add fillings in the middle n cover with remaining batter6. Bake for 13 mins then take out7. Slightly press the candied orange in the middle and protein bar around (don’t press too hard or else the fillings will spill out)8. Sprinkle with some orange zest and bake for another 2-7 mins (mine was a total of 15 mins) (for cakey texture, bake for 20 mins in total) Source : www.instagram.com
