Mash 1 banana2. Add oats cereal (or blended oats), protein powder, mashed banana, and water/ milk into a pot and cook until thicken3. Transfer everything into a bowl and let cool for a while4. Melt chocolate, oil, peppermint oil extract in microwave (it takes around 20-30 seconds only) *make sure not to burn it!*5. Spread chocolate layer on top6. Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours (ideally overnight)Notes1. Make sure you chocolate shell solidify before eating2.
