Cut and tear those breads2. Place parchment paper on baking tray and layer 1/2 bread cubes3. Add banana slices in the middle then add remaining bread cubes (I’ve like to remain the skin of bread on top to make it crispier)4. In a bowl, mix egg white, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla and salt5. Pour over bread cubes and cover with chocolate chips and cacao nibs6. Preheat oven to 200 while soaking the breads for 10 mins7.
