Download ImageIngredients (Makes 8-10 Donuts)1 cup all purpose flour (140g)1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (25g)1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/8 tsp salt1 egg1/2 cup sugar (100g)1/3 cup milk1/4 cup yogurt2 tbsp unsalted butter (30g)1/2 tsp vanilla extractStepsMix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and sugar, then add milk, yogurt, melted butter and vanilla and whip all together until well combined.Add the wet mix into the dry-ingredient bowl and mix just until everything is incorporated (the result should be a thick dough-like texture).Spoon the mix in a non-stick donut tray filling them half the way up (for easy application, I scooped the mix in a sealed bag, cut the tip just a bit and piped the batter in the donut cavities).Place the tray in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for around 9-10 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out dry). Let cool before glazing.For The Chocolate Glaze1/2 cup chocolate chips (85g)3 tbsp heavy cream2 tbsp butter (30g)Steps To Make GlazePlace them in a bowl and melt in a microwave in 30-seconds increments, stirring in between, until completely melted.Dip the donuts and put aside to set (if using sprinkles, scatter them on the donuts before the glaze dries).
