Vegan Lava Cake Ingredients

20g Self Raising Flour40g Icing Sugar (or any other sweetener)10g Cocoa Powder25ml Water17g Oil

Method

1. Pre-heat the oven to bake at 200C fan assisted.2. Mix all the above ingredients together in a mixing bowl.3. In a ramekin, moisten it up with vegan butter and coat with flour, shaking off the excess flour.4. Transfer your mixture to the ramekin, and bake for 12mins at 200C.
