Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients

100g Lindt 85% dark chocolate100g butter2 eggs40g sugar20g all purpose flourSome cocoa powderSome saltSome powder sugar

Directions

1. Heat oven to 180 and fill the form with butter and sieve some cocoa powder evenly.2. Melt the butter and chocolate together.3. Mix the eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl until frothy. Then add the butter mixture. Finally put in the sifted all purpose flour.4. Pour the mixture into the form and bake for 11 minutes. Leave to cool for 2-3 mins and take it out from the form. Sieve the powder sugar on. Done.
