Microwave 30g almond milk2. Mix 3g gelatine into the hot milk3. Cut a few slices of banana for decoration4. Blend tofu and banana (feel free to add protein powder and some extra liquid)5. Mix in gelatine milk6. Add banana slices around a bowl7.Transfer batter into the bowl and freeze for another least 40 mins8. Microwave 20g water9. Mix 2g gelatine into the hot milk10.
