Add the lentils, water, tomato pulp and sauce.Bring to a boil and then cover and simmer around 20 minutes on low heat or until the lentils are cooked through (add more water if the lentils are not cooked through and have absorbed all the water).In the meantime, cook the spaghetti.Once done, taste and adjust seasoning.Serve the lentil sauce over the spaghetti and garnish with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
